Payment Terms: Payment of 30% of total rental is due within 7 days of making the reservation.  The remaining amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.  All payments can be made by check to David L Hausman,  CMR 402 Box 708, APO,  AE, 09180 or by Pay Pal.

        2)Cancellation Terms: Cancellation up to 120 days prior to arrival date will result in 10% of the total rental being forfeited.  The remaining 20% will be refunded by the 15^th of the following month.  Cancellations with in the 120 days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the Reservation fee unless the property can be rented in which case the forfeiture will be 25% of the gross rental.

         3)The role of the staff is to cook, clean, maintained and assist you in making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.  The staff does not act as baby sitters.  Arrangements for childcare must be made independent of the rental agreement.  Our staff may assist you for an additional fee.  In addition, our staff will act as tour guides including sightseeing for a fee.

    4)You will have a meal provided to you on your day of arrival.  All additional food will be have to be purchased by you and delivered to the house for our cook to prepare.

5)    Departure time is 10:30 AM unless other arrangements are made prior to arrival.

         6) Check in time is 3:00 pm unless agreed to in advance.

        7)Pool area is for your use at your own risk as no lifeguard is on duty.  No glass at the pool area please.

 8)     You agree to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.  Any damage will be accessed.

        9)Please report any problems you are having to the staff so that it can be rectified in a timely manner

   10) We are not responsible for anything that may be missing.  Please use common sense and safeguard your personal belongings.  Safes are provided for your usage free of charge.

              This agreement constitute all terms and conditions.
